Established as a marketing company on 19th September, 1993, at Pune, INDIA by Mr. S. K. Puniani a professional Industrial Engineer accredited with different awards and also the Founder President of Bagru Industrial Area Association, Jaipur. and Founder member of Lions Club of Jaipur City.

WAREHOUSING INFRASTRUCTURE & FINANCE DIVISION

Started from 1st April 2011, to spacially cater to Warehouses and Infrastructure requirements in INDIA incorporating a new concept of BOT (Build Operate & Transfer) in the Farming sector.

CONCEPT: The company develops poor farmers lands by arranging finances and also putting in its own seed capital for development. The profit during the tenor of agreement is shared by The Farmer and The Company. The concept here is that the title of the land remains with the Poor Farmer and that after a fixed period of time, the Farmer becomes the owner of the Infrastructure so developed by the company.

The Company is in the process of expanding its operations in EUROPE and is in the process of finding global partners for the same.
